Storage of Yachts and Boats

The area of the shipyard reserved to the docking and storage of yachts and boats includes two sections: the ground floor, where boats up to 90' are stored, and the first floor, where boats up to 40' are sheltered.

The yard has machine, electrical and joinery workshops as well as several storage rooms for appliances and for storing various equipment.

The storage programme also includes routine maintenance tailored to individual boats, with specific interventions aimed at the hull, engines and on-board auxiliaries.

On the basis of the model "La Plancia (The Bridge)" used by Carlo Riva in the historical Sarnico boatyard, our boatyard has located the Planning office and the Administrative Offices in the middle of the boathouse vault, with a large arch supported by lateral pillars which also support two bridge cranes, each of which is capable of lifting boats weighing over 10 tonnes.

The ground floor accommodates boats up to 90' whilst the first floor can accomodate boats up to 40'.
